摘  要:通过皱皮木瓜粗提物齐墩果酸、熊果酸对小鼠移植性肿瘤H22的抑制作用,研究提取物对小鼠免疫力的促进作用。采用昆明种小鼠移植性肿瘤模型,接种H22后随机分为对照组、环磷酰胺(Cy)组及给药低、中、高剂量组,观察药物对肿瘤的抑制作用、迟发型超敏反应(DTH)、NK细胞活性、SOD活性等指标。结果显示:与对照组相比较,环磷酰胺的抑瘤率达到48.53%(P<0.01),三种剂量组低、中、高:75mg/kg.d、150mg/kg.d、300mg/kg.d的平均抑瘤率分别为:2.94%、20.59%、26.47%(P<0.05);迟发超敏反应增强;NK细胞活性不明显;SOD活性提高。实验结果表明,皱皮木瓜提取物在一定剂量下能增强荷瘤小鼠的体液免疫能力。Objective To investigate the Effects of enhancing immunological activity in mice through Tumor-inhibition activity of Oleanolic acid and Ursolic acid which are extracted from Chaenomeles speciosa on transplanted tumor H22 in mice. Mice of Kunming species which had got the transplanted tumor H22 were divided randomly into five groups:the control group, the cyclophosphhamide group, low-dose trial group, middling-dose trial group and high- dose group. Observing the tumor - inhibition activities, the delayed-type hypersensitivity ( DTH ), the activity of SOD the activity of NK cell and the activity rate 48.53% (P 〈 0.01 ), and the dose 75 of SOD. Conclusion:Cyclophosphamide group had a tumor-inhibition mg/kg - d, 150 mg/kg - d and 300 mg/kg - d of extracts had the average tumor-inhibition rate of 2.94% ,25.59% ,26.47% (P 〈0.05). DTH have been enhanced, the activity of NK cell is not obvious, the activity of SOD have been enhanced also. Conclusion The extracts of Chaenomeles speciosa had obviously tumor - inhibition to the transplanted tumor H22. and which index that could enhance the humoral immunity of mouse-borne tumor in a certain does.
