舒利康对大鼠前列腺炎的治疗作用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察舒剂康药物对大鼠前列腺炎的治疗作用,以初步评价其药效。方法:通过前列腺背叶注入消痔灵注射液的方法造成大鼠前列腺炎模型,灌胃给舒利康药物,连续30天,取前列腺组织进行常规病理组织学检查。结果:在10×10显微镜下,模型对照组与高剂量组、中剂量组、阴性对照组腺泡数有显著性差异,即用舒利康药物组前列腺腺腔较大,腔壁呈单层立方或柱状排列,表明分泌排泄旺盛,腺泡间结缔组织少量增生及炎性细胞浸润。结论:用药组能抑制大鼠前列腺腺体增生,改善瘀血情况,其作用明显优于模型对照组。提示舒利康药物为治前列腺炎的有效方剂。Objective： To explore the effects of a Chinese herb drugs prescription-Sulikang for the treatment of rats prostatitis caused by injected Xiaozhiling. Methods ： mading rats prostatitis through injected dorsal lobe by Xiaozhiling. After continuous giving drug of Sulikang through nose for 30 days, killed rats and taked out of prostatic gland for histopathologic examination. Results： Histopathology had an obviously effect in the contrast group versus the in the hyper-dosage group in a 10× 10 microscope. Conclusion： The treatment of Sulikang was effective in rats prostatitis caused by Xiaozhiling parenteral solution.
