奈达铂治疗中晚期食管癌41例临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察奈达铂联合亚叶酸钙和氟尿嘧啶治疗中晚期食管癌的疗效及毒副反应。方法41例中晚期食管癌患者,应用奈达铂联合亚叶酸钙和氟尿嘧啶联合化疗方案,评价近期疗效及毒副反应。结果41例患者总有效率为41.5%。主要毒副作用为血液学毒性,消化道副反应及肝肾毒性等轻微。结论奈达铂联合亚叶酸钙和氟尿嘧啶联合化疗治疗中晚期食管癌疗效良好,不良反应可以耐受,值得临床推广使用。Aim To evaluate the response rate and the side effect of nedaplatin combined with 5-fluorouracil （5-Fu）/calcium folinate （CF） in the treatment of patients with advanced esophageal carcinoma. Methods 41 patients with esophageal carcinoma were treated with nedaplatin combined with 5-Fu/CF to evaluate the efficacy and side effects. Results There were partial response（PR） with 41.5% response rate in the 41 cases. The main side effects were myelosuppression while gastrointestinal disturbance, the liver and renal toxicities were mild. Conclusion Nedaplatin combined with 5-Fu/CF was a good regimen for the treatment of advanced esophageal carcinoma and the side effects were tolerable. The drug was worthy of being further investigated.
