摘　　要：目的研究枣参合剂中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法高效液相色谱法,C18柱;流动相:甲醇-乙腈-1%冰醋酸(1∶1∶8);检测波长:322 nm。结果平均加样回收率为100.58%,RSD=2.19%。结论本法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于枣参合剂的质量控制。Aim To determine ferulic acid content in zaoshen oral. Methods HPLC analysis was carried out with C18 column and methanol-acetonitrile-1% acetic acid glacial （ 1 ： 1 ： 8 ） as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 322 nm. Results The average recovery was 100.58%, RSD was 2.19%. Conclusion The method is simple,accurate with good reproducibility. It can be used as quality control of zaoshen oral.
