p16^(INK4A)蛋白在子宫颈癌及癌前病变中表达的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨p16INK4A蛋白在子宫颈癌及癌前病变中表达的意义。方法采用免疫组织化学技术S-P法检测45例子宫颈鳞癌组织、25例子宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)组织、20例宫颈正常组织或反应性增生组织中的p16INK4A表达情况。结果p16INK4A在宫颈鳞癌组织中阳性表达率为100%,宫颈上皮内瘤病变组织中阳性表达率为88%(22/25),正常子宫颈鳞状上皮及反应性增生的鳞状上皮组织中阳性表达率为0(0/20)。结论p16INK4A蛋白的过度表达可以作为宫颈癌及其CIN的病理诊断指标之一。Aim To investigate the significance of expression of p16^INK4A in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and precursors. Methods The immunohistochemistry method was used to determine the expression of p16^INK4A in 45 cases of invasive squamous cell carcinomas ,25 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （CIN） and 20 cases of non-neoplastic cervices. Results The p16^INK4A over-expression rate was 100% （45/45） of squamous cell carcinoma and 88% （22/25） of CIN respectively. The p16^INK4A protein was not detected in normal cervical specimens and reactive hyperplasia tissue. Conclusion p16^INK4A was one of the useful marker for the diagnosis of epithelial neoplasm and precursors of cervix uteri.
