摘　　要：全球化时代,世界出现“平坦化”趋势。应对“平坦化”挑战,政府必须创设具有完善合理的游戏规则的市场环境。在这样的环境里,企业要有国际化的经营思维,努力构建e-Business系统,培养全球化人才,建构全球供应链,布建全球通路与据点;个人要提高自己的学习能力,打造个人核心竞争力。In preparation for the challenges of ＂flatness＂, governments must create a market environment with sound and rational rules of the game. In such an environment, firms must form an international outlook on management, establish e-business system, cultivate global talent, build global supply chain and deploy global highways and strongholds; individuals should improve their learning ability and build their individual core competitiveness.
