摘　　要：将灰关联分析方法应用于医院管理年活动中,分析了影响医疗服务质量的相关因素,并对医院医疗服务质量进行综合评价.The method of grey incidence analysis was adopted by which the condition of medical management year was analyzed. The effect of several correlative factors on the quality and safety of medical services was researched, and then the hospital was evaluated synthetically.
