摘  要:采用HPLC法分析比较了榨菜胞质雄性不育系和保持系花器发育过程中内源IAA、ZT和ABA的变化.结果表明:不育系雄蕊内源IAA和ZT含量随花器发育而缓慢增长,在大花蕾和盛花时期,每枚雄蕊IAA含量为1.8ng和8.0ng;ZT含量为19.2ng和22.4ng,分别为同期保持系雄蕊的17%、41%和40%、15%,IAA和ZT出现明显亏损.从小花蕾→大花蕾→盛开花,不育系雄蕊中ABA含量分别为同期保持系的47%、12%和15%.随着花粉的发育和成熟,不育系雄蕊内ABA亏损更明显.两系雌蕊中内源IAA含量均极低。Endogenous hormones (IAA,ZT,ABA) are compared in floral organs between cytoplasmic male sterile line (CMS) and its maintainance line (M). It is indicated that IAA and ZT contents in CMS stamens increase slightly during floral organ development at large bud and full bloom stage,IAA content is 1.8 ng and 8.0 ng per stamen; ZT content is 19.2 ng and 22.4 ng per stamen, which are only as 17%,41% and 40%,15% as much ,in that of its M Line. Deficiency of IAA and ZT is obviously observed. From small bud →large bud → full bloom ,ABA content in CMS stamens is also much lower than that in M, it is only equal to 14%,12% and 15% of the total in M, respectively. ABA deficiency is more obvious in pace with pollen ripening. Neverthless, endogenous IAA content in pistils is much lower in both CMS and M.Difference of either ZT or ABA content in pistils between CMS and M is not signficant compared to that in stamen.
