摘 要:将5份籼型材料和6份粳型广亲和系配制的不完全双列杂交F1及其亲本进行两年试验,应用基因型与环境互作模型分析籼粳交8个主要农艺性状的遗传特点.结果表明,多数性状的加性×环境互作或显性×环境互作方差已达显著或极显著水平,显性×环境互作方差还明显大于加性×环境互作方差.抽穗天数、单株穗数、主穗总粒数和百粒重性状上,亲本的加性效应随环境不同其变化相对较大;而株高、剑叶长、单株穗数、主穗总粒数和结实率性状上,其杂种的显性效应对环境表现更为敏感.Five indica varieties and six japonica widely compatible varieties were used in incomplete diallel crosses. The field experiments were carried out in two years. The genetic effects for eight traits were analysed by using genotype × environment interaction model. Analysing results of genetic variance components indicated that the interaction of additive×enviroment and dominance×enviroment was more significant for most tested traits. The interaction values of dominance × enviroment were higher than those of additive × enviroment.The unstability of additive effects was stronger for days to heading, panicle number per plant, spikelet number of main panicle and 100 grain weight. But the dominance × enviroment interaction were showed more commonly in plant height,flag leaf length, panicles per plant, spikelet number of main panicle and spikelet fertility. Additive effects of the parents and dominance effects of F 1 hybrids were also predicted.
