摘 要:基于dSPACE半物理仿真系统和所研制的压电作动器,设计并构建了智能天线结构实验平台,进行了变形控制实验研究。实验中采用比例积分微分(PID)闭环控制法,分别作了结构节点的变形恢复、扰动时位置的保持和阶跃位移的实验。结果表明,在所给的实验条件下,基于压电材料可实现对智能天线结构变形的控制,作动器控制变形量最大可达166μm,绝对位置控制精度达到±0.4μm。With dSPACE system and developed piezoelectric ceramic actuators, an intelligent antenna structure was designed and used as a testbed,and the deformation control experiments were developed in this work. The PID closed loop control method was adopted in the experiments and the work contained nodes deformation control, nodes" positions maintenance in the cases of disturbing effects and step displacement control. The results showed that under given conditions, the piezoelectric structures were valid in the structures' deformation control. The maximum displacement control capacity of the actuator was 166 μm and the absolute position control accuracy could reach ±0.4μm.
