摘 要:为提高反应效率和分离效果,对生物柴油反应体系相行为进行了研究。通过实验分别测定了甲醇-甘油-脂肪酸甲酯和甲醇-脂肪酸甲酯-麻疯树籽油的三元相图。结果表明,脂肪酸甲酯的存在可有效提高麻疯树籽油在甲醇中的溶解度,因此可在一定程度上改善传质效果;甲醇在甲酯相和甘油相之间的分配系数受到温度和甘油含量的显著影响,在低温下可更为彻底地分离甘油副产物,并降低甲醇回收的能耗。Phase behavior of reaction system in which Jatropha curcas L.seed oil was converted into biodiesel was investigated so as to improve the reaction rate and the efficiency of products recovery. Ternary phase diagrams of methanol - methyl esters-oil and methanol- glycerol-methyl esters were determined respectively. The'results showed that the solubility of Jatropha curcas L. seed oil in methanol increased at the presence of methyl esters, which could enhance mass transfer. Distribution coefficients of methanol between biodiesel and glycerol phases were impacted by volume of glycerol and temperature significantly. It suggested that the separation of glycerol would be more complete and the energy consumption of methanol recovery would be decreased when phase separation of glycerol ana methyl esters occurred at low temperature.
