摘　　要：女性编辑受到工作条件、职业发展、人际关系、角色冲突等各方面因素的影响,心理压力较大。认为女性编辑应从客观上争取他人协助调适、主观上自我调适2个方面积极应对,提高自身的心理承受力。Due to the effect of such factors as working conditions, development of the profession, interpersonal relations and role conflict, female editors suffer great psychological pressure. They should on one hand strive for assistance from others to adjust themselves objectively; on the other hand they should also adapt themselves subjectively so as to improve their ability to stand psychological pressure.
