对医学目的与医疗消费相关性的某些启示

摘　　要：针对当前医疗消费的现状,界定和重温医学目的基本内涵,抨击过度医疗对医学目的的不良干扰,我们应该得到的启示是:①应该倡导社会对医学目的与医疗消费关系的讨论;②明确医疗消费的最终定位是达成医学目的实现的境界;③过度医疗风气制约医疗消费和医学目的的实现;④实现医学目的应该注意律正医疗服务观念,遵循医疗消费规律,坚定医学理性精神,弘扬社会和历史因素对医学目的的促进作用,搞好继续医学教育。Based on the status quo of medical consumption and the basic realism of medical purpose , we come up with some revelations in order to expel the deviations to the medical purposes caused by the immoderate medical treatment： ①a public discussion on the mutural relationship between medical purpose and medical consumption should be raised ; ② terminal oriention of medical consumption should be defined as the realization of medical purpose; ③immoderate medical treatment hampers the realization of medical consumption and medical purpose ; ④realization of medical purpose involves a scientific conception of medical service and a rational medical spirit; it should follow the principles of medical consumption; it should emphasize the positive role of social and historical factors in promoting medical purpose; it should also involve sequential medical education.
