摘 要:在对在校医学生的医德教育过程中,还存在着理论和现实脱节、教育方法同对象的实际脱节等缺陷。医学生中还普遍存在着医学伦理学基础知识不牢、过于重视医学专业知识的学习而轻视人文哲学社会科学知识的学习,以及轻视高尚人生观的追求等诸多问题。为此,应强化在校医学生的世界观、人生观的教育,继续加强医学伦理学的基本理论、基本范畴、基本知识的教育,同时,特别注意要强化医德教育的针对性,提高教育的实效性,注重理论与实际的结合,引进和完善案例教学方法,加强人文哲学素质教育,培养其多方面的才能。另外,还应该加大对医学伦理学课程本身的创新性研究,使其更富有生命力和吸引力,使医学生的医德养成成为一个愉悦和自觉的过程。By examining the instructional courses of medical ethics among medical students, we have seen some defects such as the disassociation between theory and practice, and incompatibility between instructional methods and target students, etc. medical students also show a lack in the basic knowledge on medical ethics, neglectfulness of the study of humanities subjects and the pursuit of noble outlook on life. Considering the above mentioned conditions, more emphasis should be put on the education for the orientation of outlook on the outside world and life for the medical students and also for their understanding of medical ethics. Meanwhile, instruction of medical ethics should be further specialized and be a better combination of theory and practice thus to enlighten the medical students with philosophical and humanistic talent. Instructional method such as case study should also be involved in the medical ethics education. Last but not least, innovative study of medical ethics should also be strengthened in order to make the subject more appealing and more enjoyable to medical students.
