摘　　要：城市社区社会资本是城市社区卫生服务发展的动力。城市社区社会资本的引入不仅可以改善城市社区的“原子化状态”,还能提高社区卫生服务业的运作效率,在一定程度上完善社区卫生服务的伦理道德原则。同时对缓解我国居民的“看病难、看病贵”现象起到积极作用,对促进社区卫生服务的发展有着重要的现实意义。Social capital is the impetus power for the development of health care service in urban communities. The adoption of social capital in urban communities can not only improve ＂the atomic state＂ of the city community, but also increase the operational efficiency of the community- based health care services. And it can consummate the principles of ethics and morality in community health service. Furthermore it plays a positive role in improving the current unfavorable situation of medical treatment, and it contributes to the development of the community -based health care service in practice.
