关于过度医疗伦理分析的再思考

摘　　要：在治理“看病贵”的呼声中,过度医疗首当其冲地受到了更多议论与指责。通过分析过度医疗的特点与原因,指出控制过度医疗的对策包括:要正确判断是否过度医疗、建立不同医院的合理补偿机制、建立对医务人员的综合评价体系、建立和完善第三方介入的力量、引导公众建立理性的健康医疗消费观、加强医师职业精神和诚信医疗服务教育。Immoderate medical treatment bumps up as the first consideration in analyzing the causes of cosily expense in medical treatment, and therefore suffers enormous argument and criticism. By analyzing the features and its formation causes, this article comes up with following strategies to soothe and solve the problem of immoderate medical treatment, such as setting a reasonable criteria in judging immoderate medical treatment, building up a rational compensation mechanism, a comprehensive evaluation system for medical staff, building up and enforcing the intervention of a third side, guiding the public shape a rational consumption value on medical treatment, and performing a trustworthy type of medical service.
