摘　　要：新时期医疗卫生行业的思想政治工作,不断面临新的问题、新的机遇与挑战。加强和改进医院的思想政治工作,必须适应形势发展,准确把握时代发展脉搏和干部职工思想脉搏,努力改善思想政治工作的“软环境”;同时,必须贴近实际、围绕中心、创新机制、找准载体,努力增强医院思想政治工作的感染力、说服力和实效性。而且,要用强有力的思想政治工作弘扬医院文化、倡导人文精神,用社会主义荣辱观统领职业道德教育,促进医疗卫生事业健康、和谐发展。Ideological and political work in medical service has continuously encountered numerous new problems, opportunities and challenges as well in new era. In order to strengthen and improve ideological and political work in comprehensive hospitals, relative policies must be made adapted to the current situation of social development and the ideological situation of medical staff, and aimed to improve the soft environment in practical work. In the meanwhile, application of the work must be close to practical, innovative in order to make the work itself more appealing, persuasive and effective. Besides, the work should be in accordance to the hospital culture, advocating humanistic spirit, and directing vocational moral education through the sense of socialism honor and disgrace so as to promote the healthy and harmonious development of medical service career.
