摘　　要：阐述了脐血的临床应用与发展历程,并对当前应用及管理中所产生的伦理问题、公共脐血保存和自体脐血保存中的伦理问题进行探讨。结论认为:脐血的临床应用,应在理想与现实、公平与效益、合理与可行间,寻求公私兼顾的平衡点,以实现和谐发展的伦理要求,让脐血真正服务于人类健康。This article illuminates the clinical application and its development of cord blood, and then analyzes some relevant ethical problems emerged in the application and management of cord blood, and the preservation of public and individual cord blood. This article concludes that benefits between public and individuals must be balanced during the clinical application of cord blood, and the application should be one that embodies both ideal and realistic, just and beneficial, reasonable and feasible, so as to meet the ethical request for a harmonious development of the application of cord blood, and enables the cord blood to serve the health of people properly.
