运用系统论原理推进医院重点学科建设

摘　　要：学科是医院发展的基础与核心,加强重点学科建设有利于提升医院的技术水平及影响力。医院运用系统论思想指导学科建设,统一认识、完善规章制度、充分发挥学科带头人作用、积极协调外部环境为重点学科争取课题经费资助,注意点面结合,狠抓重点学科建设,成效明显,已建成由国家级、全军级、军区级和院级组成的四级重点学科网络。Subjects are the foundation and core of hospital development. It is helpful for improving the technical level and influence to strengthen the construction of key subjects. Our hospital practised system theory in key subjects construction. And many measures were adopted, just included unifying idea, completing regulations, exerting the effect of subject leaders, providing extra research funds and developing key subjects preferentially. By these measures, we have constructed a web of key subjects which was consisted of four levels including state, PLA, military area and our hospital.
