BTEC对《财务管理》课培养学生通用能力的启示

摘　　要：BTEC赋予了通用能力在高职人才培养中的重要地位,界定了通用能力的7个领域和可观察到的18项成果,并指明了通用能力在课程教学当中的实施途径。本文借鉴BTEC发展通用能力的经验,分析了所授课程《财务管理》通用能力的目标和实施途径,为我们在课程教学中如何培养和考核学生的通用能力提供了一种新的思路。BTEC suggests higher vocational education should regard developing students＇ common skills as an important task. BTEC find that common skills can be described as 7 areas and 18 observable learning outcomes, which can be practiced in teaching process. Learning from BTEC, this paper made an analysis about which common skills should be achieved and how to be achieved in the module named Managing Financial Resources, which is expected to be a new way to develop and assess students＇ common skills in teaching process.
