摘 要:以炼钢污泥作为主要原料,辅以其它配料,旨在造出高强度的污泥球(抗压强度不小于1500N),作为高炉用原料。对降低转炉炼钢污泥的熔点作了系统的研究表明,当B配比在10%~12%、C配比在5%~10%、干污泥配比在78%~85%时,污泥达到软化时的温度在1240℃左右;污泥的软化温度在降低到1238~1250℃时,其内部粘结相主要是铁酸钙和硅酸钙,并且铁酸钙与磁铁矿形成熔融交织结构;当物料配比碱度在4.5~5.0之间时,污泥的软化温度相对较低。This research aims at making high strength sludge ball (compressive strength ≥1 500 N) used for blast furnace production. Steelmaking sludge was chosen as main material to make the sludge ball with adding other accessorial materials. A systematic research of decreasing the melting point of BOF steelmaking sludge was carried out. The results showed that the sludge softened at about 1 240 ℃ in the condition containing Blend B 10%-12 %, Blend C 5%-10% and dry sludge blend 78%-85%; When the softening temperature of the sludge dropped to between I 238 ℃ and 1 250 ℃, the binding phase of the sludge was mainly composed of calcium ferrite and silicate, and a fusing-melting intertexture structure formed between calcium ferrite and magnetite; when the blend basicity was between 4. 5 and 5.0, the softening temperature of the sludge was comparatively low.
