摘 要:在四川省会东县可河乡,采用Li-6400光合测定系统,对希蒙得木Simmondsia chinensis2个种源4年生人工林的光合特性进行野外测定。结果表明,希蒙得木的二氧化碳补偿点为56-62μmol.mol-1,羧化效率0.081 4-0.094 6,暗呼吸速率1.15-1.18μmol·m^-2.s-1,光补偿点31-35μmol·m^2.s^-1,光饱和点1 308-1 592μmol·m^2.s^-1,表观量子效率0.033-0.037,属典型阳性的C3植物。叶片净光合速率日变化呈单峰曲线,光能利用效率平均5.641-5.999 mmol·mol^-1,水分利用效率1.0 mmol·mol^-1。The photosynthetic characteristics of leaves from two provenances (Hyder Valley of America and Vacaville of Israel) of four-year-old Simmondsia chinensis (jojoba) plantations in the aridhot valley of the Jinsha River in Huidong County of Sichuan Province were studied using the Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system. Results showed that the CO2 compensation point was 56- 62 μmol·m^-1, carboxylation efficiency was 0.081 4- 0.094 6, dark respiration was 1.15 - 1.18 μmol·m^-2·s^-1 , the light compensation point was 31 - 35 μmol·m^-2·s^-1 s , the light saturation point was 1 308- 1 592 μmol·m^-2·s^-1, and the apparent quantum efficiency was between 0.033 and 0.037 indicating that S. chinensis was a C3 plant. The diurnal variation of the net photosynthetic rate on sunny days in August was one smooth-peaked curve. In addition, the solar energy utilization efficiency was 5.641 -5.999 mmol·mol^-1, and water use efficiency was about 1.0 mol·mmol^-1 [ Ch, 8 fig. 2 tab. 24 ref.]
