摘  要:目的:量化评价治疗剂量153Sm-EDTMP骨显像的效果并探讨其显像条件和临床应用范围。方法:肿瘤骨转移患者52例,99Tcm-MDP骨显像后3d~12d内首次接受153Sm-EDTMP内放射治疗并行153Sm-EDTMP骨显像,将两种骨显像效果进行目测比较,以感兴趣区(ROI)技术分别测得两种显像的M/N比值并将其对数值进行配对资料t检验的统计学处理。结果:治疗剂量153Sm-EDTMP骨显像M/N比值为2.63,高于99Tcm-MDP骨显像M/N比值2.16。治疗剂量153Sm-EDTMP骨显像效果优于99Tcm-MDP。结论:在153Sm-EDTMP治疗骨转移瘤时注射后可直接进行显像观察骨转移病情变化,节省部分骨显像剂99Tcm-MDP的使用。Objective To evaluate the effect of therapeutic dose ^153 Sm-EDTMP in skeleton imaging, to discuss condition of imaging and the range of use. Methods 52 patients with bone metastases treated with ^153 Sm-EDTMP for the first time. ^153 Sm-EDTMP skeleton imaging was taked and compared with ^99 Tc^m.MDP skeleton imaging. The technique of ROI was used and M/ N ratio was taked. The data was analyzed in statistical way. Results The M/N ratio of ^153 Sm-EDTMP skeleton imaging higher than ^99 Tc^m-MDP skeleton imaging. The effect of ^153 Sm-EDTMP skeleton imaging is higher than ^99 Tc^m-MDP skeleton imaging. Conclusion ^153 Sm-EDTMP can be used as imaging agent at the same time, and 99 Tc^m.MDP can be saved.
