摘 要:实验对比研究了国内两种昆布氨酸合成方法的原理、纯度和产率,阐述了一种昆布氨酸清洁化合成方法。分别采用“沉淀法”和“络合法”制备了昆布氨酸LM1、LM2,并对它们分别进行了高效液相色谱和红外光谱分析。结果表明,虽然合成原理相近,LM1和LM2具有相同的官能团,结构相符,但前者污染较大,LM1颜色深,有异味,产率为21.4%,纯度也仅有60.7%;后者无污染,LM2为白色晶体,无异味,产率为37.6%,纯度可达97.2%。对比发现,“络合法”的产率和纯度远高于“沉淀法”,且采用环境友好型原料和工艺,具有良好的工业价值和较大的经济、社会效益。The two methods to synthesize laminine in domestic areas were researched in this article, as well as their synthetic theories, purity and yield. At last, an environment friendly method was put forward. In this article, Precipitation Method and Complexation Method were used to synthesize LM1 and LM2 respectively. And their properties were determined by HPLC and IR. The results showed that LM1 and LM2 had the same functional groups, but Precipitation Method would produce great pollution, and LM1 had dark color and unpleasant smell, with 60.7% purity and 21.4% overall yield. Complexation Method could solve these questions, and LM2 was white crystalloid with no smell, its overall yield was about 37.6% and the purity gained could reach 97.2%. Complexation Method could get much purer laminine than Precipitation Method. And Complexation Method could be thought as a green technology with great industrial profits and notable ecological values.
