摘　　要：循环经济是实现可持续发展的有效途径之一。企业作为经济运行的微观主体之一,在实现循环经济中处于基础地位,其行为的转变将有力地促进循环经济的实现。本文分析了在循环经济的新形势下,企业所面临的挑战,研究了企业应如何调整自己的行为以适应循环经济的发展。Circular economy is an important and effective way to sustainable development. Enterprise, one of the economic micro-subjects, is on the basic position in the process of implementing the circular economy. Thus the transformation of their actions may effectively promote the realization of circular economy. Based on the brief introduction of the basic theories of circular economy, this article discusses the challenges faced with the enterprises and how to regulate their actions to adjust the development of the circular economy.
