摘 要:研究了强电磁脉冲(UWS-HPM)对某型无线电近炸引信执行机构电路产生的效应。建立了UWS-HPM与引信执行级电路耦合的等效电路;利用节点电压法计算了电路参数,分析了影响UWS-HPM与引信执行级电路耦合的因素;利用OrCAD电路设计系统中的PSpice A/D程序进行了仿真试验。仿真试验结果表明:UWS-HPM是使引信执行机构发火的原因。通过UWS-HPM与执行电路之间的耦合效应在执行机构电路中产生的快速变化的电压使晶闸管导通。利用UWS-HPM源对自制执行机构单元电路进行辐照效应试验,验证了仿真试验结果和分析结论。The irradiation effect of UWS-HPM on the executant circuit of radio fuze is investigated. The equivalent circuit of the coupling system including UWS-HPM and the executant circuit of fuze is established. The parameters of the equivalent circuit are calculated by using node voltage theory, and the factors affecting the coupling effectiveness between UWS-HMP and the executant circuit of fuze are analyzed. Simulation tests are done by Pspice A/D program in OrCAD circuit design system. And the results indicate the ignition reason of fuze executant device, which is that the SCR is turned into conducting state by fast fluctuation voltage in executant circuit generated by coupling effect between UWS-HPM and executant circuit. The test of UWS-HPM irradiation effect on self-made executant circuit of fuze are carried out. The test results verified the results of simulation tests and the analysis conclusion.
