摘　　要：对法院调解制度的优点以及弊端进行分析,在此基础上,借鉴英美等国ADR的成功之处,结合我国立法及司法实际,提出对法院调解制度进行改革的原则和具体措施。Taking reference of the success of ADR in western countries, this study analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of court intercession. Combining with the practice of legislation and judicatory in China, the author put forwards the principle and measures for court intercession reformation.
