构建高校科技创新体系的思考

摘　　要：高等学校不但是高级人才的培养基地,而且是国家科技创新体系的重要组成部分。阐述了高校科技创新体系的基本框架,剖析了我国科技创新的资源优势和目前高校科技工作中存在的问题,从而提出了构建高校科技创新体系相关的对策和措施。Colleges and universities are not only the base of bringing up persons with senior ability, but also the important part of the national innovation system of science and technology. This article introduces the basic frame of the science and technology innovation system in colleges and universities, analyzes the resources superiority in science and technology innovation of our country and the main problems in the work of science and technology innovation system in colleges and universities. Several strategies and measures about construction of science and technology innovation system in colleges and universities are put forward.
