摘　　要：培训管理的核心是管理质量和管理水平。ISO10015国际标准反映的正是当代的质量管理思想以及质量经营理念。学习、研究、运用ISO10015标准,对教育培训管理者来说十分必要,如何借鉴这一标准改进培训中心的培训管理也是十分有意义的。本文简要介绍了ISO10015标准及其特点,并就西北电力职工培训中心在培训管理过程中运用ISO10015标准构建培训管理体系进行了探讨。The quality and level of management are the core of training management, the ISO10015 international standard just reflects modern thought and sense of quality management. It＇s necessary to learn, study and apply the ISO10015 standard for educational training managers, and it is meaningful to use the standard improving the quality of training management for the college. The contents and characteristics of ISO10015 standard are introduced, and constructing of training management system through applying ISO10015 standard in the training management for Northwest Electric Power Training Center is discussed.
