热油输送管道泄漏定位方法研究及其实现

摘　　要：原油在管道输送过程中的泄漏不仅造成资源浪费,而且会污染环境,所以长距离原油输送管道的泄漏检测和定位问题尤为重要。鉴于此,考虑我国原油在输送过程中多采用加热输送的特点,以及原油温度变化对负压力波波速的影响,在常规原油管道负压力波泄漏定位方法的基础上,提出了基于MATLAB实现数值积分并进行精确泄漏点定位的计算方法,结合实例验证了该定位方法的实用性。实际应用结果表明,该方法不仅有着很高的泄漏定位准确度,而且程序编制简捷,为热油输送管道的泄漏定位提供了准确、便捷、快速的检测手段。In the course of the pipe transportation of crude oil, oil leakage is not only a waste of resources, but also an environmental pollution. Therefore, the detection and location of leakage in pipeline are of particular importance. In consideration of the heating transportation of crude oil and the influence of crude oil temperature on negative pressure wave speed, and on the basis of common negative pressure wave leakage location method of crude oil pipeline, the numerical integration based on MATLAB is realized and the calculation method for accurately locating leakage points is put forward.Furthermore, the practicability of the method is examined in combination with the case study. The result indicates that the method features very high accuracy of leakage location and simple programming, providing accurate, fast and convenient detection means for locating the leakage in the hot oil transportation pipeline.
