摘　　要：以TBC战略为基础,分析了产业集群与供应链系统的集成在战略目标、组织运作、市场整合、知识集成与扩散等方面所产生的效应,构建了一个集成效应框架模型,为产业集群与供应链系统的集成研究提供理论支持和预先分析支持。Based on the TBC strategy, the integrated effect of industrial cluster and supply chain system＇s analyzed in strategic objective, organization operation, market conformity, integration and diffusion of knowledge, and so on, and an integrated framework model is constructed for providing theoretical support and pre-analysis support to integration of industrial cluster and supply chain system.
