摘　　要：激励是通过运用某种手段或方式让激励客体在心理上处于兴奋和紧张状态,积极行动起来,付出更多的时间和精力,以实现激励主体所期望的目标。分析了图书馆员职业倦怠的原因,介绍了图书馆运用激励管理的基本内容和形式,提出了激励管理的措施,减轻图书馆员的职业倦怠。Stimulation is to make the stimulated object in a state of excitement and tension by certain means or ways, so that he can take positive actions and spend more time and energy to realize the inspirator＇s desired goal. This article analyzes the reasons for the librarians＇ professional idleness, introduces two items of basic content in library＇s using of inspiring management and presents measurements of inspiring management to mitigate the librarians＇ professional idleness.
