中华鳖红肿病的病理形态学观察

摘　　要：报道了由嗜水气单胞菌引起的中华鳖红肿病的病理形态学．此病临床上表现为皮肤出血和肿胀．剖检发现体腔内有带血液体，肝、脾、肾肿大．组织病理变化的特征为：ａ．肝变质性炎症，肝细胞水泡变性和间质组织增生；ｂ．肾小球充血，肾小管内有钙化颗粒；ｃ．急性脾炎；ｄ．心包和心肌间质水肿与炎症细胞浸润；ｅ．骨骼肌纤维肿胀、溶解，均质化；ｆ．皮肤炎性水肿。In this paper,pathomorphology of red swelling disease by A.hydrophia in Trioyx sinensis were reported.Clinically,the disease manifests itself in hemorrages and swelling of the skin.Gross lesions were mainly bloody fluid in the body cavity as well as enlargement of the liver,spleen and kidney.The histopathological changes were characterized by:a.The alternative inflammation,vesiclar degeneration and hyperplasia of interstitical tissues in the liver;b.Hyperemia of the glomeruli and calcific granules in the tubular of the kidney;c.Acute splenitis;d.Interstifical percardiac and edema infiltration of inflammatory cells in the heart;e.Edema,Lysis and hyalinosis of fibres in skeletal muscles;f.Inflammatory edema and necrosis of the skin.
