摘　　要：目的:评价经动脉导管药盒系统(port-catheter system,PCS)灌注化疗治疗浸润性膀胱癌的疗效。方法:28例无法耐受手术或拒绝手术的浸润性膀胱癌患者行动脉导管药盒系统埋植术,并经动脉导管药盒系统行灌注化疗,化疗药物包括表阿霉素、顺铂和丝裂霉素。结果:完全缓解7例,部分缓解率18例。有效率为89%(25/28),无严重并发症。结论:经动脉导管药盒系统灌注化疗治疗浸润性膀胱癌疗效满意,值得进一步研究。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of infusion chemotherapy via arterial PCS for invasive bladder cancer. Methods ：Twenty eight cases with invasive bladder cancer who rejected or could not bear the cystectomy were treated with infusion chemotherapy via arterial PCS.The chemotherapy drugs included E-ADM, CDDP and MMC.Results ：The complete response rate （CR） and the partial response rate（PR） was 25%（7/28） and 64%（18/28） respectively.Tumor response rate（CR＋ PR） was 89%. No severe complications occurred.Conclusion：The effectiveness of infusion chemotherapy via arterial PCS for invasive bladder cancer is satisfied and a further study is worthy to continue.
