摘　　要：回顾了先秦、两汉以降有关脑理论的文化背景,以及同时期中医脑主神明理论的发展,剖析脑主神明与心主神明之争的渊源,对中医脑神理论的源流及内涵进行梳理。Cultural background of brain theory in prior-Qin and Han dynastywere retrospected,meanwhile the development of the brain controlling the mental aetivities were reviewed. The source of the brain controlling the mental activities and the heart controlling the mental activities were compared. Source and meaning of theory of brain controlling the mental activities were discussied.
