摘　　要：根据通用分组无线业务(GPRS)网络安全可靠、覆盖面广等优点,提出了一种基于GPRS技术的电力负荷管理系统。研究了系统的组成结构和基本功能,给出了主站系统、通信系统、现场系统的详细设计方案。该系统集负荷管理、远程抄表和防窃电功能于一体,满足了现代电力管理要求。A power load management system based on General Packet Radio Service （GPRS） is proposed, which makes fttll use of the advantages of GPRS technoloy such as high security and wide coverage. The structure and basic functions of the system are presented, and the detailed design solutions of the main station system, the communication system, and the field system are given. The system meets the demand of modern power management with the functions of power load management, remote automatic meter reading, and anti-electricity-stealing.
