摘  要:分析了采用最大3d平均负荷指标对电网运行的经济性和必要性。随着国内电力供需矛盾趋缓,采用最大3d平均负荷作为电网最大负荷的时机已趋成熟,应参照日本等国的经验,尽早采纳该方法。The economy and necessity of using the mean load indice of 3 days with maximum load records as the grid' s maximum load are analyzed. Since the conflict between power demand and supply in China has become eased up, the precondition of adopting the mean load indice of 3 days with maximum load records as the grid's maximum load is mature. It is proposed that the above method which is adopted by some foreign, countries such as Japan should be adopted by China as soon as possible.
