摘　　要：将构建好的植物表达载体pCAMBIA1301/HB转化到根癌农杆菌LBA4404中,并通过农杆菌介导转化番茄。所得再生植株经PCR和Southern杂交鉴定确认成功整合了HBsAg(hepatitis B surface antigen)基因,SDS-PAGE显示蛋白表达与非转化植株相比有明显差异,ELISA检测和Western blotting证实HBsAg已在转化植株中表达,分子量约为24kD。Constructed plant expressive vector pCAMBIA1301/HB was changed intoAgrobacterium tumefaciens LBA4404 by which tomato was transformed. By PCR and Southern blotting, regenerated plants were validated that H-BsAg gene is transformed successfully. Notable distinction of protein between transformed and untransformed plants was observed by SDSPAGE. ELISA and Western blotting indicated H-BsAg has expressed in transformed plants,with MW about 24 kD.
