摘　　要：根据理论、热态实验,生产实践及统计数据研制的在线数学模型和仿真软件,将连铸工艺各工序有机联系起来,应用微机显示钢包和中间包内的钢水温度,预报和报警,并动态报告剩余钢水量及所需浇铸时间,记存生产数据等。Based on theoretical analysis,hot test,production practice and statistics,a mathematical mo-del and simulation soft ware have been developed.Combining all procedures of Continuous cast-ing process,it can display steel temperature in ladle and tundish,give predication and alarm,coll-ect production data and also automatically report the weight of residual steel in ladle and the timeneeded for casting(?)These functions are all controlled by a microcomputer.
