联合手术治疗严重眼球穿孔伤的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察联合手术治疗严重眼球穿孔伤的疗效。方法对16例16眼严重眼球穿孔伤患者应用联合手术,如角巩膜穿孔伤显微缝合、眼内异物摘出、白内障摘出联合人工晶状体植入、玻璃体切割、巩膜外冷凝环扎等,进行修复治疗,随访4～10个月(平均6个月),观察患者术后治疗情况。结果术后14眼保全了眼球,10眼不同程度地恢复了视力,2眼眼球萎缩。结论正确适时的联合手术,可能保全严重眼球穿孔伤患者眼球,甚至部分恢复视功能,有重要的临床价值。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of combined surgery for serious ocular penetrating injury. Methods Sixteen cases（ 16 eyes） with serious ocular penetrating injury received combind surgery, including micro suture methods, intraocular foreign body extraction, traumatic cataract extraction and posterior chamber lens implantation, vitrectomy, cryotherapy and encircling. The follow-up time was from 4 months to 10 months （ mean 6 months）. The therapeutic effect was observed. Results After the combined surgery, the eyeball in 14 eyes were saved and the visual acuity in 10 eyes were improved at different degrees. The eyeballs in 2 eyes were depauperated. Conclusion The combined surgery for serous ocular penetrating injury properly and timely may save the eyeball and restore some visual function, and has important clinical value.
