摘　　要：近年来,对比敏感度在眼科基础研究与临床应用中日益受到重视,逐渐成为研究的热点,相关文献报道很多。本文着重就与对比敏感度相关的一些基础理论、检查方法、相关因素及其在白内障手术指征、人工晶状体选择、术后视功能评价等方面的研究进展作一综述。In recent years, contrast sensitivity has been paid more attention on basic research and clinical application in ophthalmology. It has become an hot spot in research gradually and there axe many pertinent literatures on it. This article reviews some advancement related to contrast sensitivity such as basic theories, examine methods, correlative factors and surgery indications, choice of intraocular lens, postoperative visual function assessment in cataract surgery.
