摘 要:对河北省推广的5个玉米品种的F1、F2代及其自交系进行了研究。通过室内发芽试验和苗期试验对玉米进行抗旱性鉴定。研究结果表明,通过采用不同的耐旱性鉴定方法对参试材料进行萌发期、苗期耐旱性鉴定,都得出完全相同的试验结果,表明本试验所选用的评价方法都能较准确评价玉米的耐旱性,但不同方法的操作难易不同。在进行大批量样品的抗旱性鉴定时,可以利用PEG方法进行初步筛选,再利用水分胁迫进行苗期的进一步鉴定,并通过测定CAT活性对大量玉米进行耐旱性的鉴定,减少工作强度。This study province. Identified maize concerned the materials of five maize hybrids and their parent-breeding systems in Hebei drought-tolerance through germinate experiment and the seedling stage in laboratory. There were the same results with different drought-tolerance identified methods. These methods more accurately evaluated maize drought-tolerance, but the operations were different in these ways. methods were chosen to identify maize drought-tolerance. Though, there may use PEG to primary filtrate and through the seedling stage in lab to The low cost, simple, effective, short-cycled are a lot of sample need to be identified, we more filtrate, and may identify lots of maize sample drought-tolerance through measuring CAT.
