摘　　要：本文在充分调研的基础上，通过大量资料数据和对全国大学俄语教师队伍、教学现状、教材建设、四级考试的回顾、分析与反思，提出了解决制约全国大学俄语教学发展瓶颈的设想，可供领导和同行们参考。Through reviewing,analyzing and reflecting upon the sufficient data, such as faculty of college Russian teaching, current situations of learning and teaching,textbook construction,and national Band-4 test,the paper brings forward the tentative ideas for resolving the difficulties in developing national college Russian teaching,which can be reference for leaders and teachers in Russian teaching.
