摘  要:测定8周龄1500只岭南黄鸡A系血浆极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)浓度,据此建立了高VLDL(高脂)系和低VLDL(低脂)系;测定了零世代基础群及选择后高低VLDL系个体重、血浆VLDL、甘油三酯、总脂、胆固醇浓度和腹脂。结果表明,零世代血浆VLDL的变异系数很大,对其选择应该是有效的;零世代血浆VLDL、总脂、胆固醇浓度雄性高于雌性(P<0.01),血浆甘油三酯浓度雌性高于雄性(P=0.0001)。腹脂与血浆VLDL呈显著的正相关关系(r=0.50,P<0.01),而与血浆甘油三酯的相关弱于血浆VLDL(r=0.35,P<0.5)。对8周龄血浆VLDL双向选择后,零世代腹脂呈显著的品系差异,8周龄腹脂高脂系是低脂系的两倍多;而整个生长产蛋期平均体重,高。Plasma very low density lipoprotein(VLDL)concentration was determined in 1500 male and female broilers from a male grandparent line at 8 weeks of age and both high VLDL (H—VLDL)and low VLDL(L—VLDL)lines were set up on the basis of high or low plasma VLDL concentration Body weight,plasma VLDL,triglyceride,total lipid,cholesterol and abdominal fat in the base population and H—VLDL or L—VLDL lines after selection for plasma VLDL were also measured The results were demonstrated that it should be efficient to select plasma VLDL because of its great coefficient of variation Plasma VLDL,total lipid and cholesterol concentrations of male broilers were significantly higher than those of female ones (P<0 01),whereas plasma triglyceride concentration of males was significantly lower than that of females (P=0 0001) Plasma VLDL was significantly correlated with abdominal fat(r=0 50,P<0 01) Correlation involving abdominal fat was less with plasma triglyceride than with plasma VLDL There was significant difference in abdominal fat in both lines but age increase,maybe food restriction decreased this difference The H—VLDL line had about twice as much abdominal fat at 8 weeds of age,while its mean body weight was similar to that of the L—VLDL line from growth to the end of lay
