摘　　要：快速的城市化给小城镇的原始生态环境安全带来了严重的威胁。造成这种情况有各方面的原因。以宁波市鄞州区古林镇为例,在解析造成环境压力的原因后,从生态环境规划的角度提出细胞组织模型的规划对策,旨在保护浙江省小城镇规划时的生态环境安全。Fast urbanization threatens small city town＇s original environment seriously. There are various of causes bring into this situation. Gulin town of Ningbo is taken as a typical example. In order to protect environment of small towns in Zhejiang, through analyzing these causes, proposing cell organizational model as a policy from the environmental angel.
