摘　　要：介绍了珠三角地区近年来离子镀工模具硬质膜产业的技术发展状况,列举了所装备的各种国内外先进的镀膜设备,分析了镀膜设备及镀膜技术的特点和进步,评述了所生产和开发的各类工模具硬质膜的性能水平.The recent situation of industrial progress of ion plating hard films on tools and dies on the delta of Pearl River delta was investigated. Varieties of the advanced coating equipment possessed by factories in the delta district were described. The special feature and main progress of these coating equipments and coating technologies were analyzed. The level of properties of the hard films on tools and dies, prepared by the coating factories were evaluated. In addition author puts forward views on coating industrial development.
