三吡萘啶对伯氏疟原虫ANKA株超微结构的影响

摘  要:受染伯氏疟原虫ANKA株小鼠ig三吡萘啶游离碱11mg/kg.1h后可见少数滋养体复合物层次增多且断裂、皱缩,并出现间隙,食物泡融合增大。2h后进一步加剧,且疟原虫髓样物也增多,线粒体肿胀。4h后出现变化的原虫更明显增多。8h后绝大多数滋养体结构多已瓦解,仅留下残体及大小不等的空泡。总之。Tripynadine, 2_pyrrolidino_7_chloro_10_3',5_bis (pyrrolidino_1_methyl)_4'_hydroxyphenyl amino_benzo(b)1,5_naphthyiridine, is superiror to pyronaridine in residual antimalarial acivity for mice and monkeys malaria. The effect of tripynadine free base (11mg/kg, the dose of ED 50 )on the fine structurel of the erythrocytic stages of P.berghei ANKA strain indicated than tripynadine exerted a potent and rapid lethal action on the erythrocytic forms by interfering the physiological function of pellicular complexes and food vacuoles. A proportion of trophozoites showed progressive morphological changes such as swelling, breaking and shrinking of multilamellate whorls of pellicular complexes, And interspaces appeared and fusion of food vacuoles increased 1h after medication, 2h after medication, the above changes became more severe and myel_like materials in the parasites increased. Mitochondia became swollen. At 4h after exposure to tripynadine, the pathologically changing parasites increased significantly. 8h after medication, the small disrupted membranous residues and dead parasites were detected. In short, the ultrastructural changes of trophozoites elictedly tripynadine were approximately similar to those by pyronaridine.
