摘  要:采用平皿二倍稀释法研究了三种富硒中草药复方煎剂对仔猪腹泻主要致病菌株——大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌的体外抑菌作用.试验结果表明,复方Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ对大肠杆菌的最低抑菌浓度(M IC)分别的为0.04、0.02和0.04g/mL,说明复方Ⅱ对大肠杆菌的体外抑菌作用优于复方Ⅰ和复方Ⅲ;复方Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ对沙门氏菌的最小抑菌浓度分别为0.04、0.02和0.02 g/mL,说明复方Ⅱ、复方Ⅲ对沙门氏菌的体外抑菌作用相近,并且优于复方Ⅰ;复方Ⅲ对沙门氏菌的抑菌效果优于大肠杆菌,复方Ⅰ和复方Ⅱ对这两种菌抑菌效果相近.The effect of bacteriostasis in vitro of Se - enriched herbal medicine compound prescription to escherichia eoli and salmonella, which are the main pathogenesis strain of newborn pig diarrhea were studied with the method of plat double dilution in vitro bacteriostasis experiment. The results of the experiment indicates that, the minimal inhibititation concentration(MIC) of compound prescription Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ to Escherichia are 0.04,0.02 and 0.04 g/mL respectively, and the MIC of compound prescription Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ to salmonella are 0.04,0.02 and 0.02 g/mL respectively. In other words, the effect of bacteriostasis in vitro of compound prescription Ⅱ to escherichia is better than that of the compound prescription Ⅰ and Ⅲ, the effect of bacteriostasis in vitro of compound prescription Ⅱ, Ⅲ to salmonella is better than that of the compound prescription Ⅰ ; the effect of bacteriostasis in vitro of compound prescription Ⅲ to escherichia is better than that of salmonella, and the effect of bacteriostasis in vitro of compound prescription Ⅰ and Ⅱ to escherichia is close to that of salmonella.
