摘　　要：激励约束机制是证券公司建立现代企业制度的重要内容,我国证券公司的激励约束机制还很不健全.作者对我国证券公司激励约束机制的现状和存在问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的完善思路与对策.The incentive-restricted mechanism is the core of managing framework of modern enterprises,and it is faulty in Chinese securities firms. The thesis is devoted to the discussion on the problem of the incentive-restricted mechanism of Chinese securities firms, and provides relevant countermeasure.
