摘　　要：在PLC控制系统设计中,有时可能会遇到PLC的I/O点数不足问题,本文通过合理地设计硬件电路、硬件和软件相结合及软件编程的方法,比较系统全面地介绍扩展PLC I/O点的方法,并给出了外部接线图和内部程序。若在设计中采用转化法设计,原直流控制线路中可能会出现单向二极管电路或交、直流控制线路会中出现桥式电路,需采用逻辑功能不变的原则进行处理。In the PLC control system design, sometimes we might encounter PLC I/O points insufficient, the paper introduces the method to expand PLC I/O point through the rational, design of the hardware circuit, hardware and software integration and software programming method, and gives the connection and internal procedures.
